Front Driveshaft?

On my 93 the front drive shaft has some worn out U joints on it. Can i take the shaft off and still drive the truck while everything is being fixed?? It may take an evening or 2 maybe a week to gather parts and take it and put the new stuff in. Anything else I should consider doing while its out??

Yes, you can drive without the front shaft in place with no problems.

Been there done that a few times. Just don't get stuck and have to use 4 wheel drive.
