So I was searching online and found this company that makes a ton of gasket parts for our truck. Even a complete Ac and Non AC heater box rebuild. Just a FYI, Sorry if I'm late to the party and you guys already knew about them.

I cut all my foam by hand. turned out good but if I had known about this kit I’d bought it. and saved my headache
