the only problem is it isn't a air conditioned cab. how hard would it be to put
it all back in . The cab is totally bare no dash even

 

Just take everything from your cab and put it in. I believe the cut out at the heater box is the same wheather it is a ac truck or not. You will need to take the windshield out in order to get to the screw that hold on the dash but other then that it is really not that hard. Probably take a day to swap everything over.
