# of flywheel teeth?

Anybody know the number of teeth on the first gen manual trans flywheel? I'm installing a tach which uses a magnetic pickup and I can't get an eyeball in there to count.

Thanks,
Brian

Good luck on that one. For a fee, I'd go out and count the teeth on one I have laying in the garage LOL..

Thanks Bill.

I think I can count the teeth through that little vent dealie in the bottom of the bell housing, but thats going to take talking the girly into crawling in there and watching while I bar it over from the front. Will probably be expensive.
You ever get up around South Bend?

...WOW that HAS to be the most unlikely question I've seen on a site in all the time I've been frequenting them....
THAT is a great example of someone going out of there way to help another guy.
Just goes to show you, NO question is "to stupid"....
