I have salivated over Cummins powered Dodges since I could drive. Always had my eye on either a 94-98 12v, or an 03-06 24v commonrail. Well, finances preclude me from the newer ones, and I just fell in love with a 91 single cab 4x4 with a manual trans. ( 4000 bucks!) with 180,000 miles on it. I have been looking for peformance parts and packages and everybody seems to start their lists at 94. Is there anything out there? or do I have to break out the welder and sockets. Were can I find info on things like turning the pump up or feul plates, injectors, intakes, exhaust, intercoolers, turbo upgrades, exhaust brakes, waste gates, how much will the motor take in hp/tq before it needs modification?, you know, things all you guys allready know. I want to learn everything I can about this awesome engine! Any advice would be greatly appreciated by this long time diesel dreamer!

P.S. Haven't exactly bought the truck yet, looks clean and runs strong, is it a good deal? I also live in CALIFORNIA so I have to deal with the smoke, I mean the smog police! Wonder how #2 would affect my mother-in-laws Prius?

Stans Headers has a 4" Exhaust setup for these trucks. PDR Diesel has stuff too like injectors and other goodies.
