few moore Q's on my 93

I want to turn up my fuel screw a little bit, Probably just until the collar stops it (1/4 to 1/2 turn maybe. there is a cover over my screw will that just pop off? Will I need a pyro for this? I am fighting the bomb bugs right now and keep telling myself I will leave it stock, but I want a little more for the trailer. I also am still popping my tail/dash lights, They pop when the motor is running and cold when you first start the truck and the grid heater rely and main fuse block click. For about 5 min or so (you know when the lights dim and heater slows when she is cold in the morning). If the truck is not running or if the truck is warmed all the way up, it will hold a fuse fine. Tell me what ya think.

I would put a pyro in before you turn anything up just to be on the safe side. But yes that cap should pop off with a little persuasion.

I was a little wrong It will hold a 30amp but blow a 20amp by just pulling the switch running or not. I put a new switch in and that is not it. Where is the ground for the tail/Dash lights? Never mind I think I found it, looks like a short in the license plate light I HOPE!
