fabbing my ps/ic

im going to fab my new intercooler on my parts truck first then once i get everything sorted out brackets ect.. i will then put it on my daily driver. my question is my parts truck is no ac and my truck has ac. how much does the condenser effect the install?

it'll probably effect it alot.

The intercooler has to go in front of the condenser

They are totally different for all practical purposes in this scenario. The trucks have different core supports. Not a good plan.

The core support is different on 92's between a/c and no a/c??? Really?

I was able to fit my PS intercooler in the same location as stock. I just had to completely remove the angle support on the core that braces the area for the hood latch. I then put a piece of 1/4" plate under for extra support, also used a safety latch from a cherokee. I was also able to fit the vertical support back in front of the AC condenser. A little trimming of the valence was required, but nothing on the grill.
