Hi everybody,
I want to build my own 4" downpipe. I have a hx-35 with the wastegate backing plate so it fits right up to the 1st gen downpipe. I also have the cast elbow that will v band clamp to it for a 2nd gen downpipe. I would prefer to use the cast elbow and use a 2nd gen DP connection. What i need is about 6" of a 1st or 2nd gen downpipe to use to make a 4" DP. Is there anywhere online a guy could find that? Or if anybody out there has an old 1st or 2nd gen DP they would be willing to cut 6" off the end that bolts to the turbo and throw it in a box and ship it to me, i would be more than willing to compensate them for it greatly. You could always by a second gen down pipe from Rip Rook. Comes with flange and is 4" after flange.

Its for my 92'. I already have the 4" pipe to use for the DP just need the flange that meets up with the cast elbow. I like rip's 4" DP for the 1st gen that is ready to install, looks really nice but it's 195 Bucks!

Well I just did an exhaust on a 01, so I have a 2nd gen downpipe> I don't think I am going to use it for anything.. I haven't figured out what I am doing for my exhaust, but most likely I will use my stock downpipe at the turbo for now and step it into 4". The soonest I can ship would probably be tues... Let me know
