My buddy has an exhuast brake on his cummins deck truck it is a 5 speed
he is having problems with it the system seems to work but not every thing moves and seems to work but no brake i have a few pictures of it due to the size i am linking just kinda wondering if anyone is familiar with this exhaust brake setup

looks like the pac on my pile, but old and corroded, maybe the butterfly needs some lube. like Zappa said, keep it greasy and it goes down easy.

 

ok lol I will tell him that. I haven't driven the truck but I will tell him that. Is there a chance you could e mail me a picture of yours ? the switch and the vacuum tie in. the truck is new to us so we have no idea what it is

Keep in mind that they only work their best when around 2K RPM's and above.
