If you have the head and remainder of the bolt you may be able to take it to this place http://local.yahoo.com/info-18953711...y-company-waco and they may have something similar to help you out. It looks like they are open 24hrs. May be worth a shot!

You will probably have to find a local diesel injection shop. That bolt was missing when I bought one of my trucks, my local shop gave me one when I stopped and asked.

Should a diesel shop have one in stock usually?

I did the same thing about a year ago. There is a write up in the sticky that tells how you can change it and bypass it but I know if you want the bolt it can be got from cummins.

So just google cummins? The Internet is my last choice so I'm gonna go to nappa in the morning and if they don't have it send me to a diesel shop( I'm new in the area)

If your talking about the banjo bolt on the afc ??
on mine i took the housing off drilled it a little bigger then tapped it to 1/8" pipe thread then put a big truck air line compression fitting in it with about a 6" piece of airline in a loop going to the manifold. Makes afc adjustments much easier because i dont have to unhook anything just take the 4 screws out and lay it to the side

I could really use those rubberized washers that go with the banjo bolt. I have been running copper washers, but I don't think they are as good.

FYI
Also next time you are in the wrecking yard, check out the section with the older Volvo's, Mercedes and VW's, they all used Bosch Fuel Injection systems and have braided steel lines and banjo fittings of different sizes all over the fuel system.

The cars are also plentiful with Bosch 5 prong relays usually for the taking.

Olgrey93, disregard the info I gave in my reply. For some reason I read that you were in need of the fuel return line banjo bolt. I apologize.
