electrical problem

like a dope i left my lights on all day and went to start my truck and you guessed it. dead as a door nail.
so after my girlfriend and her whole family call me crazy for telling them diesels take longer to jump than gas motors, we finally got her goin
but the bad news is i lost my radio. i thought i had turned it off before i jumped it but somethin went screwy. the lights on the ***** and dials on the left (stock radio) are lit, but my clock never came on and i didnt hear no tunes on my way home. AND the lights didnt come on when i opened the passenger door (driver side never works) and the light under the hood was broke lol random
what the heck is goin on guys? im replacin fuses tomorrow when i get the chance.
did this happen to you guys before? am i missing somethin? did i fry it when i jumped it?
lesson learned. dont jump your cummins with a POS ford. lol

12v is 12v unless you guys hooked something up wrong.

Sounding maybe like a fuse... maybe fusible link. Give all the links a gentle pull. If any stretch, or look burnt in one spot; it's bad.
