easy mods..need help!!

ok i really want to do some easy cheap mods on my truck, keep in mind i tow a lot and do a lot of highway driving and cant afford to loose mpg or blow up my truck, i dont want anything thats confusing or too difficlut untill i get more aware of the truck, so i want some power where i wont have to buy much and i can do at home without adjusting everything on the truck. i was thinking about a 3200 rpm spring, tewaking the pump, smoke screw, fuel pin etc... any ideas or comments would be greatly appreicated!! thanks

I would start with the 3200 spring and turn the fuel pin to the deepest setting and see how you like that. If you want or need more then I would go to the full power screw. Keep the starwheel up and the smoke screw backed out and it will help save your fuel mileage.

I agree. The first mod is Pyrometer. The stock configuration is safe. Anything else and you are flirting with a blown engine. A close friend and confident has a piston sitting on his desk at work as testimony to the wisdom. It melted.
