if i were to dual turbo my 93 intercooled cummins what would i have to do to achieve this? for engine and also the turbo set up? would i need bigger injectors other then the pump mods? what size turbo would i have to get and it will still work with my stock turbo? what other things would i need to change , and whats a good price range if i managed to get most this stuff for cheap?

You wouldnt want to use the h1c, but an hx35 works nicely. Check out the 2nd gen thread 'stock turbo for twins' or stock compounds, something like that. Great information from those guys as to what turbos to use and how mcuh it will run. You would probably want injectors to get the full benefit of compounds. As for price, figure $250 for an hx35, $600-650 for a ht3b or s400 (big turbos), and a couple hundred for the piping and silicon couplers, depending on whether you can fab your own pipes or not.
