Arrow Door panel fasteners

Anyone besides me lose nearly everyone of em? I was down to 1 in each panel and was really getting ticked. Couldnt find them at any parts store. Then I was at Dodge house this morning ordering my clutch push rod retaining clip (thanks for the # sdstriper) and asked about them. FINALLY! something actually in stock for my truck. Part #06501352. Now for the bad part---$1.69 a pop. Oh well, for the first time in months, I can shut my door one handed!

Yeah those things can be like gold. Just Got my truck back from the bodyshop and the left a bunch off of the drivers door. I took it right back and made them put them all in like it was when I dropped it off to them.

You folks can buy those at NAPA. A bag of 50 should set you back Four bucks or so. Exactly the same as factory. Part # 665-1103 mfg. Balkamp.

Do you happen to have the NAPA part number handy? I found a place in Canada that sells them but I never got a reply back to my email inquiry.

I checked mine a dozen times both shelves and had them check the computer to no avail.

And Id much rather pay for these clips than have a bunch of screws in my doors...just a cosmetic thing...

I have found them at O'Reilly's in there HELP! section. I have also found the retaining clips there too. I forgot what they called them but there is like 6 of them to a bag, all different sizes.

HTH,

Jon

I found the retaining clips and bought them, but none were quite big enough. Coulda dremeled one to work, but the right one from Dodge was a killer $1.95. All our parts stores hate old dodges i guess, cause i cant find anything there. They have every single plastic round panel fastener you could need, but not the slide in metal ones.

No pics from me but they are the only ones made from wire. Ive checked every autozone, oreilly, napa, advanced, eagle, pepboys, etc. here to no avail other than dodge.

I robbed a few out of the 84 Dodge D150 sitting at my grandparent's farm. I figured no one uses it (I've been meaning to get it going), and it just sits there and rots, I might as well "borrow" some minor parts.
