Dog dishes

I want some dog dish hub caps. I cannot find them anywhere online, or at the local junkyard. A local city vehicle has them but I doubt they would sell them and swiping them would be a bad idea So anyone know where to find some? If anyone has them and is willing to sell them I am more than interested in a purchase. Thanks

What do they look like?
I like the ones like on the old Highway Patrol cars, plain caps with holes on the face of them to cool the brakes.

No. The hubcap diameter needed to fit our 16" wheels is in the 11.75" to 12.0" range. I replaced my Mopar 6" wide pizza-cutters with 7" wide Ford steelies and the hubcaps still work fine.

Several years ago I needed to replace a badly damaged hubcap and wound up having my local dealer order me one. It was expensive but at least it was still available.

Let me know when you do!

I will continue the ebay search, most seem to be off 15" rims.

I used to work with an ex-Dodge mechanic (before he turned Buick service mgr.)...He told me the holes weren't actaually for cooling the brakes, they were to relieve pressure so they wouldn't pop off while cornering during high-speed pursuits. That without the holes a pursuit resulted in a lot of unwanted Frisbees cluttering up the streets.

Not yet, just here so far. Maybe 1stgen.org will have something. Any others you may suggest? Compd is good for performance not factory replacements.

Ah well how about that. I stand by my previous post though. CF would be where I would try.
