DDP Stage 1, 2 & 3 Inj. Nozzles

has anyone noticed these before? i just happened to be browsing DDP's website and came across the 3 stages of nozzles.

http://www.dynomitediesel.com/prod_d...irst+Gen/0.php

they claim stage 1's will add 50rwhp, stage 2's will add 75rwhp and the stage 3's will add 100rwhp. they don't list sizes at all such as how many orifices and how large each orifice is. seems like if they're good, it'd be good upgrades for those looking to add power on a smaller budget. reasonably priced at $299 for stage 1, $349 for stage 2 and $399 for stage 3. all it would take is basically a rebuild to install the nozzles and having the pop pressure set at 245 bar.

I bet a shop would charge 60 bucks a stick to convert tips and set pop pressure. So you would have another 360 just for the shop work.

probably worth a try calling a local shop first and asking what they would charge for that. not doubting you're thoughts though. maybe changing out the nozzles would be a DIY task if you know you're injectors are already set at 245? i'd like to know dimensions of the nozzles first and foremost.

They are a relatively new addition to the website. Like 1-2 months ago.

How much do they charge to test injectors? I would like to know about this because I think mine are causing a hard cold start problem.

I seen tha few weeks ago and priced em abit cheaper. I'll prolly buy a set of nozzles after I put the piston pump in. I did find guinea pig for the 100hp nozzles -Benjamin b2

Swap'n out the tips is pretty easy. IIRC getting the pop test isn't all that expensive.

I assume the stage III's are like the DDP3s? 55 litres per hour flow rate?
