I've got problems with the radio and need to get to it to either remove it or fix it but can't figure out how to get the dash panel all the way off. I've removed all the screwed but their seems to be 2 objects securing the dash to the mounts behind the dash. Have no clue how to get to them. The picture below shows what I'm talkin about. The 2 red dots simulate the location of the unseen screws, clips, whatever they maybe. The one may seem like its on the steering column but its really on the opposite of the column behind the dash across from the first.

 

If I recall correctly, those are snap-in wire things. Pull forward gently.

Seems there's also a screw above the HVAC control center, maybe radio.

 

Seeing as you are a 92 and I am a 90, I dont know if our dashes are exactly the same, but I cannot recall the first time I took my dash apart if there were guys there. IIRC mine just had screws there, ones you could see at that.....

actually maybe they were just the snappy things mentioned above. i dont remember

There's 6 or 7 clips around the bottom of the dash panel.
Just pull carefully & don't loose the little steel clips.
the only way Dodge will sell you the clips is with the panel &
you can't get them anywhere else.

I cleaned out a salvage yard to get all seven of mine!!
