I guess that's the price you have to pay for nice warm southwestern weather. In the northeast we all have mainly rust issues...however...

Most of these old dash upper panels have some issues caused by UV rays from the sun. I dismantled a truck last year and the dash came out in pieces. Getting one shipped will require a lot more than just tossing it into a big box with a label. The one I took out was very brittle and would break like an egg shell.

Folks, it's contrary to our forum rules to openly advertise wanted and for sale stuff in the open forums.

Asking where to find stuff is fine, anything else, take it to our Classifieds section found here ~

I'm not sure how you would do it, but I do know there's a lot of really amazing stuff being done these days with injection moulding. And it doesn't cost the earth like it used to either. Look in the local yellow pages or do a google search for that sort of thing.

An injection molding machine to make a panel that size would be huge. A better line of thought might be finding an outfit in your area that makes custom fiberglass shower stalls and have one made out of laminated fiberglass. We HAD a local fellow that once made reproduction fenders for antique cars and trucks that started out originally in the custom bath tub & shower stall business. Something like the dash panel has a lot more challenges to overcome. All of the complex bends, curves, recesses, mounting provisions, etc might be a bit much to overcome at an economical cost.

Go for the "stock car" look and build an aluminum dash??? I've built a few for cars and its not that hard. Dont know if thats something you would be interested in doing to your truck, just throwing out an idea.

In Boise, Id, a few hours from my house, is a plastic molding plant. I hear they have done some very innovative stuff in the last few years. I'll search for the name, but you might try them if you can find the name and number.
