Dana 70 Widths and normal wheels on dually

I have been looking every where for the backing plate flange to backing plate flange dimensions for both a DRW and SRW truck and I cannot find them? I am still looking into converting my DRW truck to SRW. Has anyone run large single wheels on their dually? like 17"x10" and then get the backspacing of the rims adjusted to fit in the wheels wells. Converting the front is pretty easy but the rear is a fixed width.

Thanks
