D350 Front Brake Upgrade?
im running the bd jake, and a 14" later rotor and calipers from 2015 3500, torque motorsports kit: https://torqmotorsports.com/product/...rake-brackets/
to add, calipers twice the size, lining 3 times the size, 17" wheels, im still vacuum assit and it works awsome, hydro better, they say they lock up 44" tires at freeway speed, not sure how 2 wheelers can option this retro
I've kicked this around some myself... its too much red tape, fees, and checks to run a medium-duty truck around here - despite non-commercial use. OTOH, nobody cares what you're doing with a 1ton so long as you keep up appearances. The F450/550 and gm 3500HD are still easy to pass off as '1tons'.
The Chevy 1-ton suspension/brakes is what Dodge should have borrowed for these trucks. Proper A-arms. No load-bearing rubber parts. Same big brakes as a Dana 60 front. Its an aggressive undertaking... this guy did it with 10-lug hardware, but the 8-lug is much more common. https://www.cumminsforum.com/threads...grade.2526291/
