Anyone know how to tell what year a Cummins engine is?
I have a 4BT3.9-C CPL-0730 Series-382
Serial # 44950711

sweet! my granddad had one of those, was it the wc45? also a military ambulance he converted to traveler, back doors open, slid kitchen back and revealed interior bed, shipped it to yucatan peninsula in '51, took it all the way down to the tip of south America, still got the news article from the trip.
