Thanks!

Yes it has all the stock mounting tabs in the stock location and also the ones for the A/C condensor. I will have to drill holes in them, but they are there. I will take some pics of the install and post them up.

IC Going In

Started making head way on getting the new IC installed in the last few days.

Had to make several cuts with the , die grinder and angle grinder.

First up a pic of the core support before any cutting was done.

I did pie cuts to get the majority of the metal out of the way for where the 3" outlet/inlet tubes will be passing though.

After both holes were made.

More clearance needed by the lower mounts on the IC in order for it to fit flush up agaisnt the front of the core support.

Couple of pics of each side by the lower mounts.

Also had to modify the hood latch support in order to make the IC fit.

All removed, I dressed it up some more after this pic with the die grinder.

Here it is resting on the lower mounts.

Taking it to a friend tomorrow to get two 3/8" aluminum studs welded to the bottom so it will sit on the factory mounts on the core support. After that I will drill and tap holes in the 4 bungs to mount the a/c condensor to it. Should have it wrapped up before the weekend.

Got new ones from the local Chrysler dealer for a 2nd gen Dodge Cummins. They are a little bit bigger than the 1st gen but fit snugger so I'm happy with them.

New Face.

Finally got the front face of the truck done today. Had to do a little more fab work on the IC to get it mounted and modify the lower valance to make it all fit. My good friend Scot made me some brackets to mount the IC to the core support and also had some 1/4" aluminum bar welded on so I could mount the A/C condensor to the new IC, the provided bungs were not in the right position, but made excellent points for the 1/4" bar to be welded to. Here are some pics of the IC installed and the final look of the truck with the grille and all the hardware in place.

Stud welded in place to position it in the factory rubber isolators in the stock lower brackets.

Painted the IC satin black so it wouldn't be very visible from the front.

Here you can see the brackets that Scot made to hold the IC in place using 2nd gen Dodge upper isolators for a factory IC.

I took the headlight assemblies completely apart and reapainted them and reassembled them using all new hardware with the new LED headlights.

Here is the completed look with the new grille that I had painted to match the color of the truck. All new grille inserts, headlight trim rings and park lamps were used to make it 100% new.

Next I'm going to get back on the doors and get them finished out with all new felts, seals and hardware.

Getting there slowly but surely.

I am too on the LEDs.

I will take some more and post them, it really hasn't changed much in the past year.
