1bad93 - its definitely worth doing to your truck... I was drooling all over your truck at the buck. I'll even come down and give you a hand with it if you need help.

I just got home and snapped some pics. I'll get em posted here after some supper!

You need, minumum 2.5" drop hangers and 4'" lift springs to do what your taling about to clear. I have that setup on my wheeling truck and it works great. tried to do it on my 92 with the 2.5" drop hangers and 2.5" springs. cleared but if I would jit a bump it would hit while turning. so you would need the 4" arched springs at the least.

how much was that skyjacker lift? how much room in between the bump stops and the springs?

With shipping, I believe is was somewhere around $426.00. It took about 2 weeks to get. I would buy from them again.

Its really worth it. I built my own kit years ago for my ramcharger and won't go back to a normal steering setup again.

^^ Me too. I'd say I spent about half of the price of buying a "kit", but you have to factor your labor also. I'd say it comes out a wash in the end! If I had to do it all over again, I think I would still build it. Maybe heims this time?

I've got heims on mine. They are too noisy. I'm going to go with tie rod ends on my crewcab project.
