converting to a dually

I have a 1989 dodge w150 4x4 in good shape I want to convert it into a dually, the fenders are on and it looks good! can someone tell me where to find rims for it , do i have to change the axle or just the hub or can I find rims to fit the way it is. thanks any info will help.

you should change axle and I hope you mean w250 ? you can't just bolt the fender's on unless you are useing a dually bed ?
