cold start help
So what is the process for cold start? I'm still having some cold starting issues. I hear the relays for the grid heater cliclikng but I think that maybe the KSB isn't doing its thing. How does this thing work anyway? When should it recieve 12V+, only when cranking? Thanks.
Its been years since Ive heard much on the KSB, but if memory serves me, on a cold start once you get it started, pull the wire to the KSB and if it doesnt change then its a bad wire or KSB. Im not 100% sure, mabey someone can verify this. But it does have to be cold.
The KSB should be getting power when the temp switch in the intake (the one more to the rear, the forward one is for the grids) reads lower than 90 F. Temp switch should get power any time the key is on.
