Anyone have any good paint they use for the frame on everything else on the under side? I came across some stuff at carquest made for chassis wished i could remember the name. I have used POR 15 in the past with mixed results but overall I was pleased. I'm looking to touch up the underside over the summer. I don't need show perfect just needs to hold up and last.

 

I'd just use black Rustoleum. There is usually a lot of rust where the paint is gone and a good rust preventative will stop that. Mine is probably got enough oil and grease on it it'll never rust.

Hammerite is pretty good stuff, but I find it hard to mix so my guns will spray (if I make it thin enough to spray, it runs...)

 

Anyone know what kind of paint they used on Trucks last weekend? It was like 60 bucks a quart but it appeared to be really good. Bonded the rust into the paint so there was no pealing.

I believe it was POR (Paint Over Rust). I got the same stuff from a paint shop. Not sure how Happy I am with it. I sprayed it maybe I didn't get it thich enough.
