IT's much quicker to just pull the one center and replace the clutches. Make sure you read the instructions about clutch order of installation.

 

I have a 93 with very low miles. Chatters after warming up, never for the first few miles. I am pretty confident I am the first one to have removed the diff cover. After 16,000 orig miles why would it chatter around corners with probably the factory fluid? I wouldn't think the clutches would have any problems in that short mileage. Orig axle for sure.

I replaced with Amsoil and kept spoon feeding additive with no luck also. Figure eights and all. Still moaning and chattering around corners. I used Sta Lube additive, should I waste the time with Mopar, it was equivalent.

I may have to replace clutches, how hard is it to do? Does Randy's provide good instruction? What tools other than common handtools are required?
