can't find 4" turbo back exahust 92 dodge

the exahust is rotted off of my truck so i figured i'd up grade it to 4" or 5" at the same time, my issue is that all the exahust systems that i have found for dodge cummins are for 94 and newer.

i need the full turbo back because of the prevous owner hacked it to **** and thus it rotted off.

will a system for a 94 work for me? or will i have to get one custom made?

thanks

Christian

http://www.sourceautomotive.biz/shop/index.php should be able to get you set up with a 4" turbo back. or at least a 4" downpipe to get you started if you wanna build your own system. a system from a '94 would work. however, you'd need the cast elbow that comes off of the turbo for that downpipe to bolt up.

X2 on That!
I'm not sure about any of the other brands but the stans system is amazing. All mandrel bent and fits great. I don't see how anyone could make one that is any better.

Source only makes 4" systems for 4x4 trucks with the T-case pipe.

I talked to Rip when I was looking for a 4" exhaust and he told me he would "modify" the order so it would fit a 2wd.

I have no experiance with Rip's setup nor have I seen one in person but I havn't heard anything bad about his system. I do however have experiance with the Stans parts and can tell you that they are top notch quality, when I got mine I just ordered the DP and t-case pipe cause I was running a single stack setup at the time. I am now running the Stans stuff from the turbo to the back of the t-case with a homade muff delete with an old Flo-Pro 4" tail section made for a 1st gen.

Smile Old threads are your friends Yeti-san...

I visited Stan's shop:

https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/...ht=Phil+Fuller

I think it would be difficult to find nicer folks to do business with.

Don't waste your money on the Bully Dog system, it's not a true 4" turbo back, go with either Rips or Stans.... I have the Pinnicle exhaust and it's not a true 4" either, it's 3.5 for the first 8" or so then 4" the rest of the way back. I have a Aero Turbine muffler "4040" and really like my set up...

I just got rips for christmass for my 91 d250. I love it, it cooled it don a crap ton, gave me a good deep sound and the drone was minimal, when you romp on it, it isnt obnxious. Def worth every penny. I would highly recomend it.
