I am getting ready to swap out my a/c compressor and I want to stay with R-12 but as we all know it is hard to get.

So I was wondering if anyone had any experience with Johnsen's Freeze 12 or ICOR Hot Shot R-414B?

R290 is only a couple of bux for a fresh filling and out performs each refrigerant you mentioned. It's also easier to compress, so you're compressor doesn't strain as much. Very easy to obtain and requires less refrigerant than freeze 12 or 134a.
