Bushings

i assume that i need new bushings on these links. anyone know where i can find them? and if they would help my wondering steering?

Try any parts store. The bushings are a standard item. The l1nks may be a bit harder. I think they are first gen 4x4 specific items. And no, I don't think they will help the wandering steering. They will just make the truck much quieter to ride in over bumpy roads.

Don't touch that thing!

Before you even THINK about turning that nut, you need to shoot lots of PB Blaster on it and take a wire wheel to those threads. If you don't, you'll stand an amazingly good chance of galling the nut and twisting the stud off.

You can get similar bushings at AutoZone. Look at their yellow packaged Energy Suspension polyurethane bushings.

No, it won't help your wandering. You will feel and hear a difference in the sway bar.

Looking at the condition of those links, I wouldn't waste a second trying to undo the nuts and save them. Just cut them off and replace them. You would need a lot of heat to remove those rusty nuts, and it wouldn't be safe for the link or the swaybar.

sway arm link kit

any auto parts store will have or order this kit, it will include bolts, spacers, washers, and bushings, napas kit is urethane rubber, and about $15.

By the looks of those nuts you might be better off just replacing the entire end links, chopemoff with a sawzall and put in all new.
