Same wheel I've got. These were also used in Dakota's, caravans, and fullsize Vans for several years....
Keep in mind, the cruise versions are different than the non-cruise versions (the physical wheel behind the center is different) I wouldn't say it's rare by any means though.
I just pulled a replacment for mine out of a local U-pull it because the grip was getting loose on top.
