Mine will do the same thing at times on the 92. I've replaced the brake booster and m/c combo 3 times with the same results after 3 or 4 month of installing them. I've about had it with the brake issue on this truck. I see a hydrovac in it's future. I have no leaks and have bled the system to the point when i walked in the parts store they would ask me if i needed brake fluid. Something is squirrely about this truck of mine. My 91 1/2 didn't do it and the 93 hasn't done it so far. Good luck with it and be careful with it.

When you jump in your truck and don't wait for the vacume to build to the booster your brakes will not work correctly. You have to wait till the brake light on your dash to go out for them to get enough vacume to work properly.
