well after a month of time finally got together with the owner of a early 91 first gen cummins , five speed 4x4. it has around 225k on it . this thing doen't have a straight panel on it. been rearended then hit the car infront of him and has hit a guard rail by the drivers door. anyway drove it over close to 200 miles home today and ran like a top. other than when starting it surges. and the five speed pops out of every gear and fourth is not there. as far as stopping and steering it great. so over summer i will try to start overhauling componets and getting them over to my 78 crew cab. really getting the bug now. i also want an intercooler on this before i am done. not a drip of oil under it leaking. ( of course it might be empty.)

In news about my donor 1Gen, I endup selling the rusty body and frame off my doner 92 to a guy in Red Deer Alberta who has a 92 W2500 that was on a ranch in with the bulls. His body was totally broken up, not rusted, so he purchased my white 92 and is fixing the rust in the bed and floor with his floor panels and putting it up on top of his low mile ranch W2500.
