Sometime soon I will be getting a new exhaust housing and compressor wheel/housing for my H1C. What is the max boost I can safely go to?

 

What size exh housing? i would avoid upper 30s until you at least check your head bolts and re-torque them if need be. That being said i still wouldn't go near 40 unless you want to put studs in it and do the head gasket eventually anyway.

 

How hard is it to change the head gasket and install studs? Do I need to change the gasket or just install studs?
