Well, dang its a dead heat between Auto-meter and Isspro. These are the two I am leaning towards. I want LED's (I think) Can I retro fit Isspro gauges with LED bulbs??? It is going to be so hard to decide!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I like them both, If I go Auto-meter it will be either the Ultralight or the Ultralight II, or the wihte face Isspro,

HELP! Need more votes!!

God Nick your lame...JK, funny to see you on here. I had the GlowShifts in my 95, not a bad guage, but more of a ricer look to them. I have ISSPRO's now, and they are fair, the lighting is poor and they look like they belong on a tractor (and an old one at that). I love the Phantom Gauges made by Auto-Meter in my 98', great visibility, great looks, great readings, my only complaint is the boost gauge shutters right before it lifts off the needle.

That "shutter" is the fear of the mighty Cummins building boost.....

Over 300 people have viewed this poll, why haven't they voted ?? I wish more people would vote in polls. The larger the base of voters the better the accuracy.

I have the Autometer Cobalt series guages. In their third truck now. I am finally glad to see that Autometer has a setup to dim the LED's, man they are bright! Gonna have to get that soon.

My boost says US Gear, pyro is a Banks, and tach is an ISSPRO. Maybe all made by the same mfg? I have had no problems with any.

I have a set of Hewitt gauges. They are a company in California that has been making gauges for the transport industry for years. Have had them in for about two years and they work perfect so far. If you want to check them out just google Hewatt industries and have a look...

Final Answer!!!

Well, I still couldn't decide. So I went to the wife, She voted for the Auto-meter. My sister voted for the Isspro! So its still split right down the middle!! Wife says I should go with the cheapest, The isspros have a good reputation as do the Auto-meter's, but the Isspro's look a little cartoony to me, I have the same problem with the Banks gauges, Westach combos look like they are a bear to read. I think I am going to go with the Auto-meter Ultralight or Ultralight II, The II's have LED through dial illumination, with a black face at night, and the regulars are around dial incandecent.

OK it's final, I am going with Auto-meter Ultralight II's, they have LED's and I plan on retrofitting all the other dash lights with LED and white faces. Glad thats over.

PS. You can keep voting, I want to see who wins out in the end!!
(yes, I have now voted in the poll)

I've run full complements of ISSPROs in my last two trucks. Never any problems, I've been 100 percent happy with them. ISSPRO does a lot of OEM gauges too, so the quality is there.

I would have to say Auto meter Pro-Comp Ultra lites.

I just like the way the look very easy to read during the day and at night.
