Bendix Rotor

Hey all, I purchased some bendix rotors from rockauto.com for about $81 a pop. They were not cheap at all, when I got them I notice that they say Made in China and on the inside of the rotor it says "Made in China" and even on the outside it said "Made in China". Kind of looked cool how they laser etched them in like that. I put the rotors one, new calipers and pads.. took the truck down the road and the truck is shaking. Feels like the pad catches and then lets go even though I'm applying the brakes. Bendix rotors warped..

Anyone have any suggestions on a good brand? I'll never buy bendix again.

EVery new rotor I have bought for our trucks. I have had turrned straight out of the box.

Most of them had around .015" runout. I have found a couple with .030".

yea definetly always them to a machine shop and get them to cut the rotors out of the box. especially when they get pressed onto a hub like ours do.

if you saw how parts stores and warehouses stored these rotors you would know why they are warped, they lay on their side, lay on the floor and get stepped on, get wet. you name it.
