Yup, Bitcherthane would work. it's sticky on one side. I might put that down after i repaint. You would think that would cut down the noise pretty good too.

I put the bedliner on the floor of my 89 and then Blueskin for noise and juke and a rubber floormat. It's ok. The bedliner didn't help noise at all, but the blueskin was good and then the rest helped. I put all of that also behind the seat. I like the bedliner to keep the floor rustfree. There's probably better fixs.

I would really appreciate it if you let know how the Raybuck carpet fits. I'm curious about the foam, what kind was it? Was it the blue stuff that you can buy at Home Depot or Lowes? It would seem like alot of work but I think spending some time on the firewall and area behind the back seat would really help too.

We have had all our 1st gen ctd's @ work rhinolined inside the cabs and I have no complaints. we cut a hole in the floor on both sides with rubber plugs to wash out . Works good. I would think any of the previouse products suggested will suit your purpose well as long as you take your time. And from what I have seen and heard wear some old clothes with long sleeves when usuing herculiner. Or you will regret it.. Hope it all turns out good
