How much fluid does the auto transmission hold? I've been searching around but didn't see anything in the sticky. Thanks

 

Do you have a deep pan? That'll add some capacity. I know my 47's with a regular deep pan take 4 gallons to fill from a dry just overhauled state, that includes dry coolers.

If your just changing it you'll definitely use less. Just to be safe I usually get 3 gallons.
