Anyone have crossover steering with 0-2'' lift?

That is a bummer on the international shipping. Poly Performance would probably be a good shop to talk with about having an entire drag link made however. Maybe offset the cost of the adjuster by shipping the entire custom drag link?

Ya i was hoping to use the straight link i have to build one, just add a bend and voila! haha. It is alittle long right now so i hope it would be long enough once its bent.
Shipping a whole drag link wont be cheap either.
Can you measure just the length of your link not including the TRE's, following the bend etc? Right now my straight is 43'' i think.
Or do a C-C on the TRE's but follow the actual draglink, not ''as the crow flys'' so to speak.

My drag link is 42.5 center to center. The bend is approx. in the middle of the link and bows the link approx 2.5-3". I couldn't really get any better measurements than that, sorry. Everything is so dang tight under there.
Best advice. Make a mock up link out of conduit or copper pipe and have it remade in heavy wall DOM. My link is solid and I was able to bend it in a press.
I think the TRE threads are 7/8-18 if I remember right....

I will use the straight drag link NWF supplied and bend to fit, i may need to cut and re-thread one end but will do this on the RH threaded side.
I was thinking an isosceles triangle out of cardboard on the bend would help determine angle.

Bump....
I just wanted to say thanks to Biltit and Meiser... for this thread.
Gives me hope of someday replacing the "popping" gear that I have, and converting it to crossover.
I'm going to miss my sway bar setup, but I guess that's just the way it goes.
Keep us posted on how this continues. I know I'm not the only one interested on how this turns out...

I will keep posting until i am done with the conversion. Just installing the he351cw/coolertubz/PS IC, then onto springs and then finish the draglink.
Wanted to get the underhood stuff done before lifting it any higher with the springs.
