do those tires rub alot on tight turns? my ford needed a really heavy offset rims for my 44" TSL's and i still had to back out my stops to protect them, o actually had to replace them with longer bolts.

that truck looks really good, so does the chevy, who did you get the lift springs through? and did you need to do a pitman arm drop to? what else did you all get in the lift kit? extend the dront drive shaft at all?

Here's one with 44's...but you'll have to come up with some mog axles to set her on.

Very nice. Is that thing cummins powered? What gears are you running? Does it see much wheeling, and if so what sort of trails?

I like those big tires on 1st gens.

I have 35s on my and the clearance problems are at the rear corners of the fender wells. In my opinion you dont need a lot of lift, just some good fender trimming. but the 8' lift you already have should probably do the trick.

You dont NEED mog axles. 60/70 will be fine. with a cummins, the stock 4.10/1s are probably ok, but 7.17/1s are available.

I like that flatbed too... been planning on building a flatbed for my first gen with some underbed and topside boxes.

Not my truck; just saw it on another forum. Nothin wrong with a Dana 70, and it would certainly churn the trany with 3.5's or less in the diffs. However, I think the mog axle conversion would be an awesome conversion using the Cummins-A517 mated w/ the stock manual 404 sync gearbox. My mog is tons of fun off-road, but I hate the fact that it's so slow and unless it's on a trailer it doesn't travel very far.
