Well long story short, I didn't like the seat in my 1990(vinyl) found a 1989 gasser with the LE interior (cloth seat, tilt column etc). Anyway it also has factory A/C...the light bulb goes on. So mounting the compressor at the front is a no-brainer, but I figure there must be a bracket for the rear and I wonder if someone has a picture of one so I can either fabricate one or find one at a wrecker. wrecking yards are all 2 1/2 hours away and dead 1st Gen cummins are scarce. Any help, suggestions, or "don't do what I did" stories are greatly appreciated.
