Be aware. Read and understand the Penalty section of 609. 
- Not having Freon reclamation equipment readily available imply's one is going to illegally vent refrigerant to the atmosphere.
- There is up to a $10,000 bounty for those who illegally vent.

There is a certain auction website that we are not allowed to post links to that you can buy 30 pound cylinders from without a certification. Just bought a bunch myself for a lot cheaper than the local parts store. YMMV.

Yes David you will notice that that part is highlighted. I happen to have recovery equipment and am able and do. Recover and in some cases filter and reuse the refrigerant. Notice how easy it is to get 10000 bucks
