yea that sounds too big for a single.

Sell it and get like a 62/71/14 or something like that.
like a modified S300. phat shaft series or something.

Somebody needs to measure and find out where the 96mm measurement came from. I seriously doubt it's the compressor wheel inducer. 96mm is 3.77".

do you have a photobucket?

you could save the pictures or videos there and then copy and paste the IMG links from the photobucket and they will show up here.

Is that the smallest diameter of the wheel or the largest?

A 90+mm wheel is crazy! Even 800hp+ trucks only run 80mm wheels on their large turbos. (S480) Good luck. I am surprised you have enough RPM to spool that monster. Vids would be awsome.

Are you measuring the inducer or exducer of the compressor wheel...

Here are some pics to help you out

Thats alot of turbo. Since Peterbilt didn't build engines "only now they have Paccar engines" what brand engine was it? Yea alot of turbo. Good luck with the 65 psi boost and your head gasket.

the truck was a peterbuilt and the engine was a CAT and i already have the multi layer gasket and 14mm head studs. so i think my head gasket should be the least of my worries.
