i have had my eye on a 93 looks to be D350 possibly. i went and took a closer look today and where the cummins turbo diesel badge is it was replaced with a western hauler badge i think from fort worth something like that. it looks like it was factory type badge. has anyone ever heard of this or did the guy put it there himself? its a clean truck and i want to make an offer on it.

thanks david

western hauler did do conversions, normally just interior conversions on anything but a dually. if it was a dually it would probably have the western hauler skirted flat bed with all the interior upgrades. they would do alot of woodgrain, leather and custom consoles on the floor and on the roof. they really looked sharp and most of them, if the conversion was done at western hauler, would replace the badge with their own western hauler badge. take a look at the interior, that will tell you a great deal whether its a true western hauler package or something the guy just put on there. if you can get some pics it will probably help.

it has a dually bed i forgot to check if it had the marker lights. i drive by it at least twice a week. but it also has the stock rear bumper, the cab lights were painted red to match the body and it had the visor too i think. i will try and get pics i was afraid to dust the window off did want the owner thinking anything suspicious. it has LOTS of dust on it. but thanks for the help

Who did the sleeper conversions? I have seen two or three of them! I wouldnt want one for myself (to long) but they are pretty cool! I have only ever seen 1 4x4 version.
