700 mile road trip tomorrow

I'm taking the 92 in my sig on a road trip to Pittsburgh tomorrow to pick up 2 47rh 4x4 units. Its about a 6 hour drive each way and the total cost of the units and expenses is very well worth it. That being said, I checked my oil, serviced my trans and checked the oil in both diffs as well as the transfer case and all was well..no leaks. My question lies in the front end. I replaced ujoints up front and I know my leaf springs are very saggy almost to the point of a negative arch. The drivers side also sits a hair lower than the passenger side. Is this intermittent vibration somehing like the shackle hitting the frame or are my wheel bearings/kingpins wearing? The vibration isn't major and is intermittent. What are signs of wheel bearings going bad? Sorry for all the questions thanks for your advice in advance.

700 miles in 6 hours would be 116.6666 mph

What Bill said lol. I checked the king pin cups and they are in one piece and not worn too badly. I will run the truck tomorrow during the day and see if it acts up but so far I am still a go. I will do wheel bearings and king pins upon my return.
