4 BT Service Manuals

Does anybody have or know of where to get a service manual for a Cummins $4 BT? A friend of mine is gonna swap one into an F-150 he bought and was looking for a manual but couldn't seem to find one.

Cummins has them, they cover all "B" series engines.
