37s with double bead lock rims

How much of a lift do I need to put 37 under my truck?

5" in the front, stock rear ( if your ride came with 6" stock blocks). This clears 37's on the street. You need to add to that to account for off road flex, desired stance, towing, etc. I'd say 7-8" all around would clear easily on and off road.

I know a guy running 37's with a 4'' all the way around on his dually and he says it rubs sometimes. Im getting ready to do a 6'' which should clear fine.

I am clearing 33's stock and running 16.5 wheels. Im planning to switch to the 37'' military goodyear wranglers since they are for 16.5 wheels. The price and avail of 16.5 tires is crazy.

THOSES Rim's won't fit the front tomuch offset besides there not very good either the Military has alot of troubles with them and there not double bead lock wheel they use a bolt together type wheel because of the runflat they use

as for a lift 6 in is fine for 37's on the street n unless you go wild off road you should be fine there also

the 37 military goodyear tire is a very good tire for the road they ride great and handle just as well Plus there easy to get

I've haven't heard that about the rims off the uparmored trucks, and I'm in the national guard and work on them, I know the offset is huge, but I think dually hubs might fix that

Honestly it's not worth it If you really want to have a nice tire look at the Striker the 8 wheel fast attack vehicle they have the tires r a 325-85R 16 yeah there big but man do they ride nice but then your lift would have to be in 8 + range

I run a set of the 325 XML's on my truck. I got 3 years out of them. They where a decent tire for the surplus price. They DO NOT like high speeds. The tread really starts wearing off if you drive above 65mph. They are also VERY heavy at about 115lbs per tire.

I also did a LOT of fender modifications to run 38-39" tires with only front leveling springs. I absolutely love the ability to run the large tires with basically no lift. Its easier to get in and out of. Its easier to park and drive in town. Mileage stayed pretty decent. Loading things in the bed is easy. Off-road the tires really help with the 7K weight of the truck. Aired down it floats in the soft stuff and the larger tires provide enough clearance under the rear diff to your not always dragging it.

If I was going to do it again I would do a set of Trailer products front fiberglass front fenders with some custom aluminum inner fenders. Then find a dually bed in the rear and remove the dually fenders....basically an instant HUGE wheel opening for a SRW truck. It even matches the front fiberglass fender pretty well.

I just took ALL the lift out of mine and used a set of Ford radius arms and ICON progressive 2" springs for a SD. Moved the front axle forward 3" and cut the fenders 'some' and they don't rub a bit....even at 70mph offroad!

I'm running the H1 Alcoas with 37 military goodyears and I absolutely LOVE them. The wheels will fit with the dually front hubs and the 2" difference in the rear keeps it going nice and straight.

You want to post some pictures of your truck for us? Sounds interesting.

Indeed - I insist!

It is a dream of mine to replace the leaf springs and go with either radius arms and a four link in the front to convert this pig to airbags or coils ...
