thanks for the replies, even on this old thread. I'm just about finished with my traction bars. They should go on this weekend, so if they successfuly control the hop I won't bother with the shackle flip. I'll let ya'll know how it turns out. I took some before measurements of articulation so I can see if the bars hinder that much.

what i am going to do with my lift is use 4" hangers from a ford truck on the rear and they will raise the truck 4" but that might be a little much. there the rear front hangers of a ford.
