2nd generation wheels on a 1st gen : generic lug nut part number

So I've searched and only found the dodge part number (06034834 I think). I thought that there had to be a generic dorman lug nut or something to that effect that would be less than the ~2.50 per lug (3.30 list price) that Dodge wanted to charge.

Found out that 611-175 (shouldered 1/2-20) dorman lug nuts would work (94-96 dodge 2wd dakota). Those were still around 3 bucks a pop at the parts store.

Crossed the 611-175 online to a 99012.1 dorman part number that cost 1.99 each! Much better.

I ordered in 32 of them and lo and behold they work really really well. Had to pop one off gently with a pry bar. Couldn't get it to pop off just pulling with my hands.

Just thought I'd let my fellow first gen brethren know about what I found out, even if it is old news and my searching wasn't in depth enough.

Now pictures!

Original lug nuts that I used to cross to the 99012's

These are the lug nuts that I used, same as the above but less expensive.
Sorry about the sideways picture
