2 kdp's killed today!
Hi everybody,
Just wanted to share my accomplishment today. I killed the KDP on my dad's 95'. It was sticking out about 1/8" out of the hole, so i was glad i got around to fixing it. Peened around the hole and used BC847's idea and made tabs out of coathangers. I acually used clips used to hold barbed wire on T posts. Did the same to my 92'. It was all the way back in the hole, so no worry there but glad i did it! The front seals are fun to install
. But all in all a great learning experience. Just wanted to thank you all for the helpful advice and the pictures. Without DTR, I might not have even known what a kdp was or how to fix it! Thanks!
